三交的新酷音共享字庫

新酷音已經不錯用了～不過可以更好些，那就是把字庫弄更好一點

簡單說來，新酷音團隊最近活力似乎有點低，有人覺得他們的字庫不是很好，自動選字能力不夠好，因此提出這個類似更新檔的東西來作額外更新～
不過....個人太宅了～更新那些選字對我這個沒什麼關心與討論社會時事的人（如王建民與超級星光大道）來說，似乎沒啥用～
